Succession planning for a multinational food ingredients business

Our client, a multinational food ingredients business, partnered with us to identify a pool of external potential successors to the global leader of one of their key divisions.

Research Europe identified potential candidates within similar multinational ingredients firms in Europe, North America and Asia, then approached and qualified them for suitability and interest. Once an external succession candidate pool had been agreed, we managed the relationship with the candidates in the pool on behalf of our client.
