Our client is a leading mental health charity. They commissioned Research Europe to build a talent pipeline over several months providing a selection of candidates for six management positions. The charity placed a very strong emphasis on finding diverse candidates due to an existing lack of diversity at senior level. There was a particular lack of Black employees at management level.
Via research and energetic industry sourcing, particularly within diverse communities, we created a pool of qualified, motivated and diverse candidates for each of the six management roles.
Using an anonymous and sensitively-designed online questionnaire, we carried out diversity monitoring across all sets of candidates so we could monitor and report anonymous diversity stats on the following: gender identification, ethnicity, socio-economic background, disability, sexual orientation, neuro-divergence, religious affiliation.
Having interviewed balanced shortlists of candidates foreach role, the charity hired candidates for all six position, including two Black candidates, onto the management team.
