The Amsterdam office of a global SHREK firm partnered with us to support their search for a Chief Product Officer for a Dutch multinational marketing software-as-a-service firm.
Having been briefed by the partner leading the search, Research Europe compiled a list of suitable target companies in Europe, North America and Asia, and identified and profiled potential candidates within them.
Working with the partner, we prioritised candidates for approach and subsequently approached and qualified candidates for suitability and interest. We produced candidate profiles based on our phone interviews with potential candidates. Based on these, the partner was able to define a long list of candidates to interview and subsequently produce a shortlist.
