Jacob Stewart

Jacob joined Research Europe in 2023 with experience in data analytics, intentional community development, economic research and development. They have worked with international governmental and non-governmental agencies developing and publishing recommendations around economic and environmental development centred on UN Sustainable Development Goals 1, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13, and 16.

They serve as the Network Researcher & Community Director of Mountain Sentinels Research Collective & Alliance and a board member of the Colorado Public Banking Coalition.

Jacob has a BA from Colorado State University in International Studies and Japanese with a COC from Kagawa University in Japanese Language, Culture, and Research. In 2022 Jacob received their MSc from SOAS, University of London in Environment, Politics, and Development with a distinction in their research on the economic development of water infrastructure in rural Ghana.

In their off time, they can be found climbing, mountaineering, and reading Peter Flemming and David Graeber.
